Catch a Ride to the Movies on the Other Side of South Walton!

Have you checked out Point Washington State Park and Eden Gardens?

This is the other side of South Walton on the Choctawhatchee Bay side of Highway 98. Across from Scenic Highway 30A’s gorgeous beaches are some wonderful Northwest Florida Gems.

Take a look at the less trafficked side of South Walton this October as Friends of Eden State Gardens invites your family for a movie night under the stars in the historic and immaculate park.

The Second Annual Eden Vintage Film Series kicks off on October 1 with “Jaws 2,” which few know was actually filmed just down the road in Destin.

Films will be shown on the main lawn overlooking the beautiful bayou just a short drive from the relaxed yet gourmet fare at The Bay Restaurant, located on the Highway 331 North right on the bay.

Let Bay Limo deliver you and yours to a wonderful meal with an astonishing sunset view before taking you over to Eden Gardens for a family fun night watching these great old classics in a pristine setting!

The event is FREE with park admission but donations are appreciated and will go directly to the Friends of Eden State Gardens to maintain the historic park grounds.

Themed costumes are encouraged at the movie nights and light refreshments are also available with donations.

And, while you are in the South Walton state of mind, why not try some delicious locally crafted beer donated by local business, Grayton Beer, to enjoy during the film.

Taste all you like and let Bay Limo will get you safely home!

The schedule for the movie series is as follows:

  • October 1, 6:30 p.m. – Jaws 2
  • October 15, 6:30 p.m. – Beetlejuice
  • October 29, 6:30 p.m. –  Frogs

So let Bay Limo chauffeur you and yours, along with your chairs, blankets, (and probably some bug spray) to enjoy the movies under the stars on the giant blow-up screen.

Reserve your limo or party bus with Bay Limo for the movie night series today!
